Today's the 'O' Level Chemistry Practical... And oh WTF. I read "10 dm³" as "10 cm³", put the formulas of 2 anions instead of 1 solution followed by 1 anion, some of my QA observations are kinda weird, and my Design Experiment section was missing the "use a stopwatch to record the time taken" part...

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!
CANNOT LIDDAT LAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Wah i so so so so so so so so so wanted to smash the two conical flasks into the sink when Nick Tay told me about my mistake... Luckily i was still sane enough not to do that, or else i'll end up like Dex Tan, who cut his finger while trying to yank the pipette filler from the pipette... Now i hope those that i so stupidly got wrong doesn't worth too many marks, and my titration results to save me... Why the hell must history repeat itself?!?!?! Why history BE HISTORY?!?!

Thanks to Mrs Bala, she reminded all of us during the last English lesson with her today that the 'O' Levels STARTS NEXT WEEK!!!!!! WTF!!! And i was still playing CM5 this morning before Nick Tay, Bryan, Hansen, Mike, Jing Cheng and Jun Guang came to my house before the practical... Now i know why Bryan said that why can't the 'O' Levels be sooner. If it was sooner, than i think i'll be spending all the money in my useable bank account on LAN, movies, food, booking of badminton courts, etc...

I think the 3 prelims the school gave us has advantages and disadvantages... Advantage being the things we study are familiar to a certain extent and keeps the momentum moving, and disadvantage being is freakin tires us out. This is what i'm feeling now... After the 'O's, the first thing i'm gonna do it to take one good nap. Yea. Replenish all the energy used...

Ok, gotta go... Have fun pple!

Alright... Just took the 'O' Levels Chinese Paper today... The questions that my teacher punted : not a single one was tested... Shiok man. Wrote what i could remember from all the other questions i read through, so i hope i'll make it... At least maintain a B3... Wah shucks man... This sucks leh... $24 is a lot of money man... Then came paper 2, the comprehension... Damn cool man... I didn't know what i was writing... I used up at least half of the space for each question for the June paper, but not this one. Some of my answers do not even occupy 1/4 of the space given lol... Good game... Then the cloze passage... This one i wanna laugh. Hahaha... Some i just anyhow fill in cos i didn't know what answer to put as they were all so close... LOLZ.

Ok, tomorrow's the 'O' Levels Chemistry Practical... I hope i'll do better for that then my Biology practical... Oh shyt, i just remembered i need to do a comprehension for english lesson tomorrow...dang...

Oh yea, if anyone wanna go J8 for a meal, GO SUBWAY!!! Shiok man, nice meals, although you need to add $2.60 to chips and a drink to your meal... But its worth it! I'm gonna eat Subway the next time i go J8 to have a meal...

In another 14 hours, the 'O' Levels Chinese Paper will commence... And i'm retaking it... A bit sian, but well, at least got hope to change my B3 to at least an A... I'm supposed to be studying for it, but here i am, blogging and chatting with my junior on msn... Lolz... Damn sian leh... I cant concentrate today... Feel like sleeping... I now know the importance of afternoon naps...

I checked my schedule yesterday, and i got a big shock... There's a hell lot of topics to clear and there's so little time!!! I've gotta chiong through a lot topics on one day on some of the days... I'm most worried for my humanities... I never had much interests for them, cos they require so much memory work... So much till they make the subject boring. So unlike maths and sciences, where it requires us to think more than memorise... What's the point in studying history when its history?? I still don't get the point behind it... And why can't they make geography more scientific?? To make it worse, geography is gonna be marked by the LORMS system... Damn dumb... If geography was more scientific, i'll have more interest in it lol and ace it like my other maths and sciences...

Ok, i think i'll go study some chinese now if i don't wanna waste my $24 for the paper...

Oh yea... Before i forget... Happy Birthday Shuyu! May your wishes come true!!

Wooh~~! Today's a damn shiok day man. First went to school at 7.30am for english. Fantastic man, it only lasted 15 mins. Never before have english lesson lasted only 15 mins. Sui sui... After that, me, Nick, Bryan and Jun Yang went Toa Payoh Central CC to play badminton...I think we played from 11am to 1pm. Plus-minus 30 mins...

We then went to have lunch at KFC. The Cheesy Pockett Meal was ok lol...But i think i had too much cheese cos i changed the whipped potato to a cheese fries... Stomach is freakin filled man... We had used up the whole tube of shuttlecocks Jun Yang 'bought' a couple of days ago. Now you see the seriousness of our badminton sessions. That tube of shuttlecocks damn cui man; a few smashes and it's dead. So we went to World of Sports to get a new tube of shuttlecocks... After that, we went back to the CC and played a furthur 2.5 hours, and Joel joined us. So total played around 5 hours... Woooh~~ Shiok man. And the new shuttlecocks, although cheaper than the one Jun Yang bought, it much better lol. One shuttlecock survived more than 100 rounds of smashes. Not bad. Never played badminton for so long before, but its good exercise. About time i got some...Beats staying at home playing DotA, Championship Manager or Zuma. :-D

At around 5.30pm, we went back to school to have another english lesson... Were a bit late though. Wah, Mrs Bala rocks man... Can tahan giving lessons in school the whole day... I salute her. If i don't get at least a B4 for my english in my 'O' Levels ar, i deserve to die...

After english lesson, at about 7 plus pm, i played Bridge with Jing Cheng, Bryan, Jun Yang, Kelvin, Nick and Mike. Lolz. I dunno izzit the lack of sleep or the 5 hours of badminton, but my head feels like its gonna explode... Pain pain... Oh, talking about headaches... Sorry Jun Yang!!! That hit on the head was ACCIDENTAL! No time to stop the racket from coming down! SORRY!!! :-p

Ok... gonna go do some compre for tomorrow's english lesson... And watch Inuyasha and Shaman King later... Have fun people!

P.S. Let wish that the Cambridge markers aren't too strict with science practicals... Bio prac was screwed, and i heard Physics prac today was ALSO screwed... Lets hope for the best...

This post is for a few of my classmates who have both made me laugh and pissed...

I know my abilities to do certain things... You guys might trash me in everything i do, be it academics or sports, and i accept that fact. I might be, in your eyes, "cui" at times, so i become the target of your stress-relieve efforts (a.k.a suannings).

I just wanna tell you guys that i know that you guys don't mean it in a bad way. I understand that. A lot of the suans, when i look at it again, i just laugh my ass out. However, sometimes a few of the suans, maybe you guys just didn't think it out properly before you say it, therefore it really feels like a heavy blow dealt to my chest, and it really hurts in there.

Things really went over the top when you guys played that prank on me... Yes, i know you guys were trying to "cheer me up" for my oral exams, so its just for the fun of it. But, if time could turn back, i hope you guys would have thought a little deeper about my feelings. Changing the numbers and pretending you are her... I must admit, that's a good prank, really. I'm sorry for flaring up and "going berserk" and all over-reacting, but truth is, using her to play a prank on me really just blew me up, and i'm sorry for that. I'm really very sensitive about such things. I appreciate the effort to try to "cheer me up". Thank You...

The bottomline is - Some things are really funny, but some are not. I hope you understand that... I've forgiven you guys everytime a few days after each incident, so please stop saying you're sorry. I should be sorry, and i really wish you guys don't do it to other people...

Ok... I gonna get very fat... Siao, i realise i've been eating a lot at Macs this week... At least 4 times already! First one was on the day of the bio prac, breakfast with Bryan, Nick Tay and Jing Cheng... Then had Macs with them again for lunch. I think that lunch was just to relieve the horror in us as we had screwed up the 'O' Level Biology Practical... And its 25%!!! Ow... That hurts...

The third time was yesterday... Ate Macs for lunch with the whole group after lessons... And right after that, we did something doctors will NOT recommend - Play badminton for 2 hours... I just confirmed what i was taught in bio : Your performance in sports after a meal will be lower cos' the blood will be concentrating on your digestive organs and not your muscles... Alright. Then the fourth time will be just now... Mom didn't cook, so she tell me and my bro to order Mac Delivery... Kinda surprised they took only 1/2 hour this time (they usually take at least 1.5 hours).

Alrightey then... As of now, there's only 16 DAYS LEFT to the start of the 'O' Levels!!! Feelin' a bit of the stress now... Like what Mike said, we are living on borrowed time. And followed by Bryan, must activate aphotic shield... Lolz. I hope i could do that now as i just realised i have a whole lot of uncovered stuff to read up... Wah die die die... I still remember 9 months ago Mrs Bala was saying, "To be very honest with you, you all don't have to worry. We still have 9 months~~~" Oooooook. There's only 16 DAYS LEFT!!! I bet Bryan will say, "Relax lah. 2 weeks plus only wad... Still can count on 1 hand. See?"

So little time left, and yet i'm still here blogging... And i was surfing YouTube before this, watching videos of DotA bugs and songs and Battlefield 2 videos... Alright, that's it. No more. Next week, its gonna be HYPEROVERDRIVE! No more lanning, badminton, joga, zuma, tv, guitar, eating macs and slacking. Let's hope i'll be able to be prepared for the final lap... Come on man, just pia this last lap and you can lan ALL DAY LONG~~~

先苦后甜...

Alright... A series of unfortunate events have hit me again... And it has to hit me now, especially TODAY! What the heck man... First up, i cut my finger with my guitar last night while playing it. Don't ask me how, it just happened and i realised it only after packing up to go to sleep. Then i forgot about the english comprehensions that i was supposed to do. That was already 11.30pm... So i spent half an hour to finish up one comprehension part + vocabulary but not the summary. Oh dang man, this precious half hour should be better spent on reading up the biology "wu lin mi ji"...

Then came today... Pretty alright, or so i thought... Woke up at 6.45am this morning... Met up with Bryan, Nick Tay and Jing Cheng in school and had breakfast at Macs with the coupons i had. Macs finally did it right this time, with what i call the "2 meals for the price of 1" coupon promotion. Yep. I had a Big Breakfast and an Egg McMuffin. Normally, my stomach would not be full with either only a Big Breakfast or an Egg McMuffin, but today, my stomach was filled, at least for breakfast, at Macs for the first time.

After that, we went back to school for our 'O' Levels Biology Practical Exam... We all thought it'll be pretty simple... Oh hoho, it was simple alright, only that the questions are freaking dumb... For the 1st question, i mixed up the sample needed for solutions B and C. Luckily i was able to "change" it back by writing on the table... For the 2nd question, i realised my apparatus AREN'T WORKING PROPERLY!!! My Bunsen Burner keeps getting extinguished after opening the air hole, so i asked the lab tech to help me "rectify the problem", which was to twist and turn the tube connecting the Bunsen Burner to the gas tap... Then when i wanted to boil the beaker of water for the test for reducing sugar, guess what. My water won't boil! I left the beaker there to boil for at least 30 MINS with my flame at full blast! My beaker was still cool and i could even put my finger into the water with the flame on. I got a SHOCK when the water just felt warm after heating for half an hour! What the hell??? Because of this, my solution remained blue all the while while other's are having brick-red ppt in their test-tubes... In the end, i did the smart thing. I hope its the right choice...

Wah die le lah... Bio prac screwed up... That 25% of the Biology marks leh... Pain pain... Worst still, me, Bryan, Jing Cheng and Jun Yang went to the Macs at Bishan Bus Interchange for lunch, again with the "2 meals for the price of 1" coupons... Gosh, i'm gonna be damn fat... Let's hope i honour the promise i made to myself that i'll go work out after the 'O's...

Well, let's hope my bio prac turns out better than i expect it to be...

Ok, today's Friday the 13th. To many, it might mean a bad thing, but to me, especially today, it would mean something totally the opposite.

Today's our Graduation Day for us, Sec 4s of Catholic High School. I would say i treat CHS as my 2nd home, especially being a true blue Cat High-ian for 10 whole years, this being my last year. It kinda hurts to leave this place, and i'm gonna miss a hell lot things, like not having to be able to climb into class through our "Mid-Lane", to jam in class with our funky "funky" instruments : Brooms, umbrellas, tables and chairs, to greet the teachers, to sleep on the warm cosey tables, to JOGA with the whole gang, and, i hate to admit it, but, getting suaned by Nicholas Tay and Tan Hansen, many other more......

4-10 has been the first class i've considered a family much more important than my own family. They say blood is thicker than water. But to me, water is MUCH THICKER than blood. I'll never ever forget this helluva class, for i'm a 4-10er!!!

Very sincere THANKS to all the teachers who have taught me:

Ms Tan Soak Cheng - Form Teacher (2006) & Mathematics Teacher (2005/2006)
Mrs Bala - English Teacher (2006)
Ms Chia Chen Chi - Chinese Teacher (2005/2006)
Mr Jeffrey Goh - Biology Teacher (2005/2006)
Mrs Toh Yee Lin - Chemistry Teacher (2005/2006)
Mrs Elaine Goh - Geography Teacher (2006)
Mr Krishnan Pillay - Social Studies and History Teacher (2005/2006)
Ms Leong Se Yean - Teacher-in-Charge, CHS Chinese Orchestra (2003 - 2006)
Mr Goh Kee Yong - PE Teacher (2006)
Mr Lawrence Tan - Form Teacher & English Teacher (2005)
Mr Goh Yong Han - PE Teacher (2005)

These are the very special people in my life. Without you guys, i'll not be who i am today. Thank you to you all!!!

Also, i wanna thank the special friends who've been through thick and thin with me in 2005 and 2006. My pessimistic life have been turned around by you guys. These are:

Chan Jun Yang a.k.a Bosty
Bryan Chan
Nicholas Tay a.k.a Joke Staff
Tan Hansen a.k.a Han Send
Kelvin Chew a.k.a Chewbacca
Ng Jing Cheng
Sean Lee
Michael Yong
Tan Jun Guang a.k.a Cui Kia

Chia Wei Jie a.k.a Lao Peh/Clown
Chen Xiao a.k.a Catalyst for Success

Yup, i think thats all of them. If i've missed out a few, please tell me! Sorry about that! Yeah man, you guys ROCK TO THE CORE!!! 4-10 ALL THE WAY!!!

4-10!! OI!!! 4-10!! OI!!!
4-10!!! EH BAH!!!!!!

From the heart, peace man...

Oh man, just look outside your window people... Its FREAKIN hazey!!! It's so bad, i can't even see my school's clock tower from my window! The air smells smoky too... Who the hell are the idiots who burned down the whole forest without even considering the consequences?!?! They are damn dumb man, and because of their stupidity, the haze from the burning have affected not just themselves, but neighbouring countries as well, like Singapore and Peninsular Malaysia. Siao eh... I guess we need more trees...

However!! There might be a good thing in this haze. You might say my head's cracked, but i think there is more wind nowadays, don't you think? Heh heh, i feel kinda bored now, so lemme explain why is there more wind. =p

{Warning : Incoming Geography Content!}
See ar... With more CO2 in the air, it contributes to the greenhouse effect, thus more heat is trapped from the sun on the Earth's surface. As a result, the temperature rises. With high temperature come low pressure. Because the land warms up and cools down faster than the sea, the sea would be cooler, therefore, the temperatures above the sea would be relatively lower than that of the land and the pressure would be relatively higher as well. As a result, a pressure gradient is established. As wind is air moving from an area of high pressure to an area of low pressure, the wind would then move from the sea to the land. In the case of Singapore, it is surrounded by sea, thus wind would blow in from all directions, especially from the south where the haze is coming from. So therefore, there is more wind nowadays! =p

Ok, i dunno is that the right answer (now i think its got something to do with the monsoon winds). I've a feeling if Mrs Goh sees that she'll wanna kill me. Haha LOLZ. Well, suddenly feel like writing that maybe cos i've been busy keeping to my schedule and i'm tempted to test my spamming skills for my bio and geog exams. Ah whats evers... But i am very tired. I broke my record this morning, or rather, this afternoon... I slept for a whole 12 hours and 37 minutes straight. Yes, i know a lot if you out there can sleep more than me, but it's quite an accomplishment for me, considering that i always seem to wake up before 10am on a weekends no matter what. Oh yea, that feels great man... If only i can sleep till so late everyday...

Can someone teach me how to style my hair? I dunno how. And my hair is really horrible... It grows at least twice or even trice as fast as compared to other people... 2-3 weeks is all it takes for my hair to grow back... And its really dense and heavy. Imagine carrying your pencil case on your head everyday... Dang, i think i need to take time out tomorrow to go cut my hair, if not i'll not have time till the 'O' Levels...

Ok... Time to get some rest...

Wah, damn shack man... Studying really drains your energy... 4 weeks to the 'O' Levels seem so long, yet it also seems quite short too... I wanna do some revising, but i no energy... Dunno what to do... How i wish time can just stop for 24 hours and lemme take a good nap, make up for all those late nights... Omg, that'll be damn shiok man...

Sianzzz... 'O' Levels Biology Practical is jus 12 days away, and just received the last of Mr Goh's Biology Wu3 Lin2 Mi4 Ji2(freaking imba...), its time to eat it... I am gonna swallow the notes... Hopefully it successfully goes into my head and stays there, along with Chemistry, Geography, History and Social Studies... Dang, that's a lot to bite... If it doesn't, than i guess its back to the old-fashioned way : Diffusion with your pillow as a partially-permeable membrane... Lolz. It worked for my PSLE, i should work for the 'O' Levels. I hope. =p

Ok, i need to snooze le... Long day tomorrow... Peace...

Ok, i feel damn guilty now... Hardly did any work during the weekend... Unless you count sitting at my table eating raisins and doing leftover work really doing work? Oh yea, forgot to mention the unforgivable... DOTA!!! Wah die die die... 'O' Levels only 4 weeks away nia... Somemore BIO PRAC is 2 weeks later... Omg... Die le die le... I need to study somewhere FAR FAR AWAY from computers, guitars, food and music. Just nice cool breezes and quiet environment can liao... Any suggestions?

Today just made it worse... Played soccer after school... Dang, i really need to learn how to kick and train up my reaction time... I really SUCK at soccer, really... The ball can hit me in the face when it travels to me in plain sight in a lop! Now you see... Guess its back to square one... Only see, but no playing for me... Haiz... Regret...

Then came home... Bryan came too... Guess what... As usual, -random was the alternate term for _ _ _ _... Just fill in the blanks. And after he left, i tried to do one bio paper... TRIED is the word. So yea, you can figure out the rest yourself.

So now, my L1R5 is 11 points, after moderation for combined humanities... Hope they moderate english, so hopefully i'll get a 10 pointer for my L1R5... I feel damn left out... Everyone's either have 7-9 points, DSA, or both, so they're confirm gonna get into some good JCs... Mild depression is setting in. Feel like i've got no where to go... Really scared for my 'O' Levels now... Hope i don't meet with any accidents on that day... Haiz...

All my past regrets, big or small, are coming back to haunt me... I'm losing control of myself; can't think straight at times... Gone le............
