Yesterday, 23rd of November 2006, was CHS Sec 4 Batch of '06 Graduation Night. That is one night that i will never forget... Although it says "Graduation Night", but a group of us went to Sentosa in the day to have some fun! I first met Hansen, Bryan and Tze Tian at the MRT Station before heading to Vivocity to have lunch at Carl's Jr while waiting for Yeow Chern, Jing Cheng, Mike and Nick Tay. After that, we went on to the bus station to meet Andre before hopping on to the shuttle bus to Sentosa. After some boring stuff about some ticket issues when we reached Sentosa, we went to Siloso Beach to play some Beach Joga. There, we met up with Wei Jie, who had booked a room in the Sijori Resort in Sentosa. Ok, i realised my defending skills have deproved. That's not really good. :-p Oh man, the sand was freakin' hot man... After that, we went to get some water. Haha, Nick Tay slipped and fell. Lolz. Damn hilarious, haha. Following that, we went to cool ourselves down in the sea. Swam around, played some frisbee we found lying around, and the ball too. We then played a modified version of "Softball" with only 2 bases and a soccer ball instead of a softball. Lolz. After so many years out of the swimming pool, i'm surprised i still can swim quite well. :-D Oh, we also initially wanted to bury Mike in the sand while he was away on the other side of the beach. So we dug a little pit for him. But he found out, so we changed out target to Nick Tay. However, he broke free of our grip and we finally changed our target to Andre. Haha, we transformed him into a mix of a male and a female with the sand(if you get what i mean. hehe...). We then played some more in the sea, blah^3... At around 5 plus i think, we all went to Wei Jie's room and washed up to get ready for the Grad Night. It was supposed to be held on the beach outside Rasa Sentosa Resort, but because it was raining, it was held in the ballroom instead. Haha, imagine people wearing boardshorts and slippers into a ballroom. There was a life band playing, which were pretty good, better than those Singapore Idol or the Superband show on TV. We loved the band, and requested them to play our class's favourite song, Sweet Child O' Mine by Guns and Roses. They are damn good. The buffet wasn't too bad... Pretty good, in fact. Then there was the lucky draw... I totally " sian ji pua" when i "won" the dunno 50+ of 60+ prize : A Casio Scientific Calculator, the one that we all have to buy when we are in Sec 1. Nick Leong won a mini binoculars. However, the REAL winner was just sitting beside me... When they were announcing the 1st prize, the host got the people whose number was 0129_ to stand up. In my table, Bryan and Jun Yang stood up, or rather, the Chan Brothers stood up. In the end, Bryan Chan won the prize, which was 2 return tickets to Bangkok, courtesy of Chan Brothers Travel. Call it coincidence? The Chan Brothers were the final contenders for the prize by Chan Brothers Travel, and it was Bryan CHAN who won the prize. Lucky lucky lucky... Congrats Bryan! When the event ended at around 11pm, we all wanted to take the bus back to Wei Jie's room. However, the last bus just left. So me, Hansen, Mike, Bryan, Wei Jie, Andre and Nick Tay made our way to Wei Jie's room on foot! We travelled half of Sentosa on foot leh... Somemore in near darkness leh... In the end, by some divine intervention or whatever you call it, we made it. Whoo~~~ That was damn shiok... But then, that was only halfway done for us. We still had to walk all the way back to the mainland from the middle of Sentosa. Ok, this part wasn't as tough as the previous part, cos we had more light in this part. In the end, we made it to the bridge. Haha. We all took some pictures as memories of this thrilling night, and after that, made our way to Vivocity to get a cab home since there was no more train services at that time of the night. Whooo~~~ That was one HELL of a night...

Well, the Big 'O' is over. Now what? I suddenly feel very bored. Just a week ago i was sitting in front of my table everyday. Now? Either on the sofa or in front of the computer. But still, its kinda sian... How i wish i had like an unlimited supply of money now so i can LAN everyday... For now, i think i'll rest for a for days first... After that, i guess i go run in that "island" in front of my block every morning. I really need to pass my 2.4 in JC... Fail in secondary school nevermind, cos' all guys... But that's a whole different story in JC... No amount of "suanning practice" from Nick Tay and Hansen can prepare for the kind of suanning in JC... Let's just hope i don't give up halfway... Right now, DotA-ing in Zion isn't very exciting... All those blardie leavers spoil the game... DotA-ing in the LAN shop with my class is like 10000000000000000000000 times more exciting lol. Somemore we get to play Battlefield 2... Whoa, the feeling is just indescribable... Ok, gotta go watch some anime with my bro... Cheers~~

Mr Wang : "Ok, final day right?" Whole Hall : "Yea! Woo~~" Mr Wang : "Don't show any vandalism around the school..." Whole Hall : "Hahaha~~ Woo~~~~~" Mr Wang : "Ok, enjoy your holidays!" Whole Hall : " WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!! YEA!!!!!!!! HAHA!!!!!!!! OH YEA!!!!!!!! FREEDOM!!!!!!! WAAAAHHHHOOOOOO!!!!" And all hell just broke loose! Holy XI GUA!!! That feeling of the 'O' Levels being FINALLY over are just too great... No amount of words of any language can decribe this feeling... Ok, yesterday was the end of the 'O' Levels. The day we've all been waiting for 4 long years are finally here! Alright man... After the paper, half of my class including me went to JOGA at the basketball court. Mr Krishnan joined us for a while before he left. Kinda fun, although my team sort of lost a lot. Oh well, not on form i guess. ;-p After the joga session, Bryan, Jun Yang, Chen Xiao, Ying Jie, Yi Chern, Dexter Loh, Clayton, Brandon, Calvin and Me went to our old trusty LAN Shop and do what we do best : LAN!!! Whoa, that was the best session i've ever had! We LAN-ed from around 7pm to 11.40pm. Haha, when we finally finished lanning, the sign on the door of the LAN shop said "Closed". Lolz. Well, we played 2 good rounds of DotA, and a hell lot of rounds of Battlefield 2. Well, BF2 would have been more fun if Jing Cheng, Yeow Chern, Mike and Hansen came to join us. But oh well, i think we're gonna have another session when we go back to school for the PAE Exercise... That'll be a Pure BF2 LAN session, and i hope there would be more people so it'll be more exciting. Alrightey then, i think i'm gonna go LAN again with my friend... Not sure which LAN shop to go... Let's just hope we get in contact soon, if not i'll just be at home DotA-ing away on Zion... Peace everyone! Now we wait for February 2007... Cheers!

Ok. This is bad. Tomorrow's the Chemistry paper and there's the History paper on Friday... I haven't started on Chemistry yet, and my revision for History aint looking good... Conclusion : DIE!!!Wah piang... Ever since the time i knew the term " Time Travelling", i always wished i could do that... And i'm still wishing now... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!I'm having mixed feelings now... The first feeling is one of happiness, because in another 1.5 more days, the GCE 'O' Level Examinations will be OFFICIALLY OVER!!!!!! Wah, imagine studying for 4 years just to wait for that moment... You'll be jumping like mad lol... Then the second feeling will be STRESS! Especially now when i'm not really prepared for chem and history... Holy crap man... ~~*~~ Today, went out to 'study' some history with Elizabeth... Not a very good first time out cause' she made me wait 1 hour at the MRT station...Whooo~~~ I've NEVER waited SO LONG for anyone before, and this is a first... I should have asked Nick Tay about what are the things i should look out for in such scenarios... Dang, i could have slept till 11am and still be in time... Anyways, ok lol... Managed to study a bit of Cold War... After that, we went to have some lunch at Long John Silvers and then she left. All in all, quite a good experience... Damn suay... While walking to the stone tables with her, we met some of my classmates... That ain't good... Then, while walking back to J8 after 'studying', i saw some of my juniors, and some TEACHERS... WooooooH~~~ I've gotta be damn freakin suay to meet all these people... Luckily i didn't get fired by the class when i went to school for the Geography paper... Heng sia... Speaking of Geography... After today, there'll be no more geography for the rest of my life! I think that's probably it... Yups. Maybe i'll consider again when i'm choosing my subjects in JC... ~~*~~ Ok, gotta go do some much needed studying... Have fun everyone! Just 1.5 more days to temporary PARADISE!

Well, today's the E. Maths Paper 2. Pretty alright, except the last part of the last question (either). Sacrificed that 1 mark and saved 4 marks. Worth it. Thanks to George, he reminded me of one very nice song. It was sung by 2 contract teachers(I think) who taught me Geography and some of my friends History last year. The song's called " Have You Ever" and it's sung by Lai Jiahui and Tan Shihui. Very nice song, meaningful lyrics and nice melody. Although a bit shorter than most songs, but the impact is there. Well, this song brings back memories, and some other memories a few years back way before i knew them. My own personal memories... The lyrics are just so full of... I don'y know what to say. I just keep thinking of certain things when i hear the song. It might just be the song that really calms my soul regardless of how nervous or anxious i am... Bravo to the both of them... Bravo! The song was nicely done...

Today is a bad bad day... Biology and Geography... Damn shack... Not looking good... Today is a very bad day... Divine Intervention? Not gonna happen, especially to me, chapel or not... Quote: "If the hall had smoke detectors, the whole place will be wet..." It didn't, thus my table was burning... Today is a very very bad day...

Yesterday was the E.Maths Paper 1 and Social Studies paper. How was it, everyone? Hmmn... Both papers are fine, except for a minor hiccup during the E.Maths paper which i don't wanna dwell on... Woohoo, Mr Krishnan is a Master Punter! Spotted the merger/sep questions in the Structured Essay part of the SS paper... Damn shiok man! He just rock to the core!! The questions are 90% similar to those in the revision kit he gave us. Wah, i won't know what to do for my SS without him... Alright people. Tomorrow's the English paper. I hope the composition topics aren't too hard to write on, and so is the comprehension passage... And to think i only realised why i keep getting low marks for my prelim comprehensions just last week... Well, lets all hope i all goes well... After tomorrow, comes what i consider the killer of the week, and the stupidity of the exam planners... There's Biology(whole paper) and Pure Geography(paper 2) on that day. If the Geography paper was paper 1, i wouldn't mind. BUT, it is the blardie paper 2... What the heck... All well, that means late nights for me... Dang it... Ok, let's all perservere people! After that, lets all play till we drop... Signing off...

Alright people... This monday, 6th of November, is the first of the main part of the 'O' Levels... Enter Social Studies and Elementary Mathematics. I have a feeling this 'O' Levels might not land me in NJC after the first 3 months. Firstly, due to the Bio and Chem practical screw ups. Secondly, cos i think i'm gonna do some daring moves. Example : Not gonna touch Sustainable Development, Venice, Sri Lanka and many other stuff for Social Studies. Only gonna pia Good Governance, Merger/Sep, Diplomacy & Deterrance, Northern Ireland and Education/Population/Housing. These should be more than enough to whack the SS paper... And then there's Geography this coming Thursday, together with Biology paper! I've decided not to do Climate and Vegetation and go for Coasts instead. Yes, people of 4-10... COASTAL STUDIES~~~ Suicidal? Maybe. Me crazy? Yes. Ok... Gotta go some last minute studying... Good luck to everyone taking the 'O' Levels! Lets have fun! Cheers ~~~

Holy XI GUA! The 'O' Levels are JUST NEXT WEEK!!! Can you feel it?!?! My first paper is Social Studies... I hope my hard work for the past few days doing SS pays off... I really really hope the stuff that are supposed to be in my head stays in my head... Right now, the dumbest thing i can think off that Cambridge or the exam planner did was to arrange Biology and Geography ON THE SAME DAY! Wah piang, i think their head kena some major damage... Couldn't they have thought of the people taking BOTH Biology and Geography?? Damn wrong leh... Please, just let the 'O' Levels be over as quickly as it came... It's tiring to sit down and study everyday leh... After the 'O's, it's gonna be LAN, JOGA and BADMINTON for me... I'm gonna install Battlefield 2 onto my com, borrow Football Manager from Hansen, and jam with my friends... Oooooooooooh i can't wait... But for now, focus...*now the 3 main aims for the existence of ASEAN was.........~~~~
